Tailored Graphics
Quiz Show has graphics that appeal to elementary and middle school students. Quiz Show SE is the same program with graphics that appeal to older students.

Powered by ExamView
Quiz Show and Quiz Show SE are powered by ExamView®, the market-leading test generator for your classroom. This means that you can use thousands of publisher-prepared ExamView question banks and tests that are currently available. In addition, you can use ExamView to create custom quizzes specifically for Quiz Show and Quiz Show SE.

Response Pads (Windows Only)
Quiz Show and Quiz Show SE work with Classroom Performance System (CPS) response pads. The entire class answers questions using their wireless IR or RF CPS response pads. No more raising hands to answer questions when playing in teams.

Flexible Operation
Quiz Show supports true/false, multiple choice, numeric response, completion, and matching questions, plus advanced ExamView features such as narratives, algorithms, and graphs. Students can play individually (racing against the clock or competing against the computer), in small groups, or with the entire class.

Motivating and Instructional
Students compete for a place on the top-ten list. While playing, they receive instant feedback on questions they answer correctly or incorrectly. Students can click the "explain answer" button to learn more about why their answers are correct or incorrect. They can also print a list of the quiz questions, their answers, and the correct answers to use as a study aid.

Customizable
Quiz Show and Quiz Show SE are fully customizable. As a teacher you can create classes, determine the number of questions available in a game, and set the amount of time students have to play. In addition, you can enable or disable the animation, narrator audio, and sound effects. It's all up to you.

Track Results
Student performance data is provided in a variety of report formats. This data can help you target your efforts in the classroom by revealing where your students are excelling and where they are struggling. View a sample player report.

Create Customized Characters
Students can express their individuality by creating a custom character for the game. Blue eyes, purple hair, a t-shirt, or a tie. Students will have fun creating their characters. And, they can change their characters at any time.

Create Classes
The instructor utilities program that accompanies Quiz Show and Quiz Show SE lets you create and manage up to 30 classes. This is helpful for sorting students when viewing their reports. You can also customize various preferences for each class—including such items as randomizing game questions, awarding bonus points, enabling audio, and more.

Player Reports
Improving student performance begins with useful information. That's why a variety of easy-to-follow reports for each individual student are included. At the end of each game, students can review and print a report containing each question, their answer to the question, and the correct answer. The report is a useful study aid for students.

You can view a summary report of each student's performance. Student performance reports include results by question set, state objective, learning objective, and topic. Use this information to determine your students' strengths and the areas in which they require improvement.

Class Reports
In addition to individual student reports, Quiz Show and Quiz Show SE include class performance reports. See how your class is performing on each question set, state standard, learning objective, or topic. Don't wait until after your students take a test to find out if they were prepared. Get the information ahead of time. If you find that your students are struggling on a particular chapter, state standard, or topic, cover that topic again and let your students replay the game to see if their performance improves. Quiz Show and Quiz Show SE help students succeed on tests... and have fun doing it. View a sample class report.

Question Banks and Tests
Because Quiz Show is powered by ExamView®, you can take advantage of the thousands of available publisher-created ExamView question banks and tests as well as the ExamView Learning Series. Chances are you already have ExamView question banks. If so, simply open the banks in Quiz Show and you are ready to go. If not, contact your publisher and request the ExamView question banks.
