New Jersey Center for Teaching and Learning NJCTL is a non-profit organization whose mission closely aligns with eInstruction. NJCTL is “dedicated to providing teachers the tools they need to significantly improve student performance.” They empower teachers to lead change. NJCTL (often called CTL) was founded in 2006 by the New Jersey Education Association. Dr. Robert Goodman (Bob) was named NJ’s 2006 Teacher of the Year. He was one of NJCTL’s founding board members. He joined CTL full-time in 2009 and became its executive director in 2011. Under his leadership, CTL launched the Progressive Science Initiative® and the Progressive Math Initiative. |
