Before you teach with CPS, you may want a little instruction yourself.
eInstruction gives you the training you need to get the most out of CPS. In fact, there are four ways you can learn about CPS that offer different levels of assistance. The first three allow you to train right here at your computer and are available at no charge.
1. The CPS User’s Guide has all the information you need to get up and running. This guide enables you to train yourself, learning the ins and outs of this powerful system at your own pace. The User’s Guide is loaded onto your desktop upon installation of CPS and can be downloaded
here.
2. The CPS Video Series, accessible
here, is a visual guide to the powerful CPS software. This series details everything you’ll need to know to get started, and since it’s posted online, you can watch the videos whenever you want. Run the videos at your own pace and pause to try what you’ve just learned.
3. Online Training Seminars provide you with live, interactive instruction. These free seminars are led by CPS experts who teach you how to get the most out of CPS. See a schedule of seminars and sign up
here.
4. Professional Development Seminars give you live, in person training at your school. Here, our instructors provide you with a concentrated, hands-on learning environment designed to make you proficient at teaching and testing using CPS. They can be very cost effective, since a system is often included in the price of the seminar. Learn more about Professional Development Seminars
